Hello Dr. Olola. Thank you for taking the site for a drive and forwarding your suggestions to us. Socrata is happy to help with any technical issues related to the site, but the data is actually controlled by the Kenyan ICT Board. So a couple of options for you to get in touch with them:

• In order to suggest new datasets, there is built-in functionality to handle that on the site. You'll find it under the 'Suggest a Dataset" link in the header fo the site: http://opendata.go.ke
• In addition, you can always email the site admins at contact@opendata.go.ke (from the About Us page: http://www.opendata.go.ke/page/about/)
