We at Socrata strive to maintain the highest levels of availability for its customer sites. However, some maintenance may require us to bring our platform down for short periods of time in order to perform upgrades or network changes.
We schedule time windows once per month where we reserve the option to bring the Socrata platform down for maintenence:
On the third Saturday of January, February, April, May, July, August, October, and November, Socrata-powered data sites may be unavailable from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern time
On the third Saturday of March, June, September and December Socrata-powered data sites may be unavailable from 8:00 PM to Midnight Eastern time
On-site maintenance notification reminders will be posted publicly on each Socrata-powered datasite at least 48 hours before the beginning of the maintenance window. An alternative status page will be displayed during scheduled maintenance windows.
