Socrata releases updates to our products regularly, and for each release we publish notes about new features and changes in Product News. You can “follow” any of the sections in Product News to receive an email when either new articles or new articles and comments are added to the section. Each section corresponds with a different Socrata product, and you can subscribe to as many as you like:
In order to follow any of the sections, you will need to be logged in to the Socrata Zendesk support site. The Socrata Zendesk account is a different account from your Socrata site account. If you visit a section prior to signing in, you will see a “Sign in to follow” link. You can click to sign in, or click the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner.
If you do not yet have an account, you can either sign up for a new account, or get your password if you’ve emailed with our support team previously.
Once you are logged in, click the Follow button and select either “New articles” or “New articles and comments” to receive emails when updates are made.
