What is the Analytics Landing Page?
The Analytics Landing Page provides a centralized starting point to access, onboard to, and manage your Data & Insights products.
The landing page delivers two major features:
- A single URL: to access all of your applications
- Consolidated user management page: Manage users across all of your applications from one location
Viewer Experience
Your access level determine what applications you can view on the landing page. As a user logs into the landing page, you will see automatically see:
- Links to all Publicly available applications
- Private applications that you have permission to access
Administrator Experience
Access to the administrative features of the Analytics Landing Page is based on the following:
- Administrators with manage users permissions for one or more applications can view:
- All applications for the organization
- Locked Applications: can view applications for the organization that they cannot access
- Access the consolidated user management page to view and manage users for the apps where the manage users permission is granted
- Administrators with manage branding permissions for one or more application can:
- manage the branding of the landing page
- add custom links
- add announcements
Managing Users
The Analytics Landing Page offers a Users and Roles page for a consolidated user management experience. From the Users and Roles page, admins can:
- Edit a single user's role across all applications at once
- Add users individually or in bulk to multiple applications at the same time
Editing User Roles
Admins can edit a user’s role across all applications by clicking directly on the user from the list. This will open a side panel where the user’s role can be modified, shown below.
Adding Users
Admins can add users in bulk to multiple applications at once, by selecting the Add Users button in the top right corner.
Customizing Your Landing Page
Administrators can take many different actions to customize the layout of landing page to meet the needs of the organization:
Manage landing page site appearance
Add links and announcements
Customize the main background image
Customize each app card with different images
Managing Site Appearance
To manage site appearance, navigate to the menu icon (hamburger menu) in the upper left corner. Then select Site Appearance to access the main customization settings.
Background Image & App Card Customization
Each application appears as a card on your landing page. Click the the three dot icon in the top right corner on any app card to customize.
Additional customization options are available directly on the landing page by using the Edit Page pane or by clicking the three dot icon in the corners of the background image and app cards.
Links and Announcements
Admins have the ability to add links to important resources, documentations and post announcements that appear on the landing page for all users.
Select the three dot icon in the corner of the Announcement or Card tile or the Edit Page button to modify announcements/links.

How do I navigate to the Landing Page?
- From your other applications, you can select the app launcher in the top right corner of the header bar to access the Analytics Landing Page.

Why don't I see the Landing Page?
- The landing page is available for Enterprise Public Safety Customers and others by request. We recommend adding a Landing Page if your organization has more than one Data & Insights application.
