For security purposes, three failed login attempts within 15 minutes will result in your account being locked for 30 minutes.
If you've lost or forgotten your password, resetting it is simple:
- Click the "Sign In" link on your organization's Data & Insights site, or by navigating to: https://evergreen.data.socrata.com/login
- In the sign-in window that appears, click the "Forgot Password?" link just below the password field:
- Enter your email address on the page that follows. An email will be sent to your registered email account.
- Click on the link in that email to be taken to a page where you can reset your password. Please note that the reset code linked to each email expires after 60 minutes.
Note: Sometimes these email notifications get placed in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in a timely fashion.

Password Change Confirmation
Once you’ve successfully changed your password, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the update. This added security measure ensures that you are aware of any changes made to your account credentials.
If you did not initiate the password change, we recommend resetting your password again immediately and contacting your administrator or filing a support ticket.
