Most customers allow Data & Insights to manage all SSL certificates. During the initial setup process, we deploy an SSL certificate on our customer's behalf, and subsequent SSL certificate renewals are handled by Data & Insights.
Custom Certificates
We discourage custom certificates because they are more expensive and error prone for all parties. However, if you have chosen to manage your own SSL certificates, then you are responsible for handling renewals in a timely manner. Please initiate the renewal at least two weeks before the certificate expiration date in order to avoid a service disruption and notify datainsights-support@tylertech.com of any action required from Data & Insights.
