Reporting Accessibility Findings

At Tyler Technologies, we are committed to ensuring that our products and services are accessible to all users. If you encounter any accessibility issues or have suggestions for improving accessibility, we encourage you to share your feedback with us. 

Note: If your organization works closely with a Client Success Manager (CSM), please coordinate with your CSM to compile your accessibility findings for us to review.

How to Report Accessibility Findings:

  1. Email Us:
    Send an email to di-accessibility@tylertech.com with a detailed description of the issue you encountered. Please fill out the Accessibility Issue Report template that is attached to the bottom of this article which will need to include the following information:

    • Reporter/Email address of Reporter
    • Customer Organization
    • Accessibility Tools used (if any)
    • Accessibility Issue details:
      • Page URL/Link to area where the issue can be found
      • Issue Description
      • Page Element
      • Notes (optional)
      • Screenshot

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your report, our accessibility team will review the findings and work to address the issues in the document. Please note, we will not be able to work on any items that do not contain enough details for us to validate the reported issue.
