When submitting a support request, it is tremendously helpful if you gather what you know to help ensure that the issue you're reporting is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
With that in mind, where possible, we recommend that you follow these best practices when you submit a support request:
- Describe your question or issue and indicate what you expected to occur and what actually occurred.
- Include a link to a specific dataset, view, or page that you’re referencing.
- Provide details about your use case and steps to help reproduce the issue.
- Share any relevant context about the issue, including resources you've consulted, screenshots, time of day, or otherwise.
