To share data privately:
- Navigate to a private dataset’s Overview page.
- Select the ellipses in the action bar next to the Edit button.
- Select "Manage Viewers."
- Under Add people and teams, type the email address or name of the user with whom you would like to share this private dataset.
- Select "Add."
- Select "Save."
- Done!
