Metadata template improvements outlined in the 2024.2 Product Webinar and Newsletter have been released.
- Default metadata values: Administrators can define a default value for text metadata fields.
- Multi-select dropdown: Administrators can define a drop-down metadata field as multi-select in the metadata template.
- Conditional metadata: Administrators can define a metadata field as conditional upon another field, where the valid values of a metadata field are defined by the values inputted in another metadata field.
- Improved publishing workflow: We have updated the metadata publishing experience to be more streamlined for publishers.
Made improvements to resizing images in the Perspectives Stories Flexible Layout Beta. Images will now resize to cover the entire container, even if it has to stretch the image or cut a little bit off one of the edges.
Resolved an issue with editing multi layer maps in Stories which was causing some layouts to not render when toggling between layers.
Resolved an issue with a visualization error message. When creating a pie or combo chart that results in over 1000 points, the error message will now include the right chart type.
