Platform Enhancements
- The Activity Log has been updated so that schedule failure events will now display in the “Data Update Failures” Tab. Previously, schedule failure events were only available on the “All Activity” tab, separate from other data failures. By including them in the “Data Update Failures” tab, this will better group and consolidate events so that users with access to the Activity Log can more easily track when datasets have not updated as expected.
- Chart visualizations (bar, column, pie, timeline, histogram, and combo charts) now support a "distinct count" aggregation, in addition to the standard count. This makes it possible to display the count of each unique value directly within these chart types. This creates a more unified user experience to go along with the table visualizations.
- Made accessibility improvements across the platform:
- Presentation Mode controls in Stories no longer overlap page content at high browser zoom levels. Previously, the "Presentation" button and in-presentation navigation controls would remain fixed over content, obscuring text for users relying on zoom.
- The "More actions" kebab menu and Export dialog are now operable with the NVDA screen reader. Previously, opening the menu didn't reliably move keyboard focus into it, and some Export dialog controls couldn't be reached or closed with the keyboard.
- Single-select filters no longer display as checkboxes. Previously, these filters visually and programmatically implied that multiple selections were allowed, even though only one value could be selected at a time.
- Filter operator selectors (e.g., "is," "is not," "contains") now show a visible focus indicator when navigated to with the keyboard.
- The global filter bar panel is now fully keyboard accessible at 200% browser zoom or on shorter screens. Previously, some filter options could extend beyond the visible area and be unreachable.
