Platform Updates

• User Inactivity Tracking is now available. Admins can detect dormant users, log inactivity events, and optionally email users/admins based on inactivity thresholds. Read more at https://support.socrata.com/hc/en-us/articles/32402510030103-Introducing-User-Inactivity-Tracking.
• Added links to API documentation in the export modal in Exploration Canvas, providing users with a similar experience to the export modal on the dataset landing page.
• Addressed accessibility issues in Stories (“Back to Top” button) and Visualization Editor (form fields labels, icon buttons, color contrast in dropdowns.)

Upcoming Removals

The Campaign Finance App (CFA), which was deprecated on March 15, 2023, is now scheduled for removal on July 30, 2025.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue causing image hyperlinks to always open in a new tab.
• Resolved several issues with Measures including:
  • Duplicate links rendering for Current and All Reporting Periods.
  • Target lines not appear for All Reporting Periods timeline chart view.
  • Current Reporting Period rendering regardless of setting.
• Resolved an issue causing text to appear larger than expected on the homepages of customer sites.
• Resolved an issue where the “View All” assets button inadvertently appeared for users on the profile page.
