Deprecations & Removals
Homepages
Existing homepages will be deprecated starting May 1, 2026. A final removal date has not yet been determined. For the latest timeline updates, please refer to our Deprecation Roadmap.
What this means for existing homepages:
After May 1, 2026, existing homepages will no longer receive new features or enhancements.
Tyler will continue to support existing functionality in homepages during the deprecation period.
Tyler will migrate all existing client homepages to the new experience. Migration timing will be communicated at a later date.
The new homepage experience will be self-service, allowing users to create and manage their own pages with or without Tyler assistance.
If you have questions or would like to discuss your migration, please contact your Client Success Manager.
Getty Images Library
The Getty Images library will be removed and unavailable for new images starting July 15, 2026. For the latest timeline updates, please refer to our Deprecation Roadmap.
What this means:
Existing Getty images will remain in place within current Stories and will not be removed or altered as part of this change.
Users will be able to continue editing existing Getty images within their Stories, including cropping or replacing them with their own uploaded images.
Starting July 15, 2026, users will need to upload their own images when they want to add new images to new or existing Stories.
If you have questions, please contact your Client Success Manager.
