One of the most common requests we've heard our customers is a desire to provide more context on the various aspects of the budget.
We're thrilled to introduce the ability for customers to add Annotations to their Open Budget sites.
Annotations can be added through the Administration Panel without any help from Data & Insights Support. Under each Budget Data section (Revenue, Expenses, Capital), you will find a new tab labeled "Annotations."
This tab contains a table where you can define and add your annotations for your desired item. Some limited HTML is allowed in the annotation, including links.
