Edit Story Metadata

This article will walk through the process of editing metadata in Stories.

Step 1: Create a Draft

The first step to editing the metadata will be to create a draft of your Story. To do so, open the story in your browser and select Edit.

Step 2: Access Metadata

Once you have created your draft, click on the menu icon in the upper left corner. Then click on Edit Metadata in the menu. This will open the metadata modal so you can input your metadata.

Step 3: Edit Metadata

With the metadata modal open for your Story, you can make and save any changes to the Story metadata.

Step 4: Publish Your Draft

The final step to complete the metadata update will be to publish your draft.

Note: If there is required metadata for your asset, the Update button will be disabled and there will be a link that directs you back to the metadata modal to fill out the required metadata.

You have now updated the metadata associated with your Story!
