Platform Updates
Beta: Site Analytics Dashboard
We are happy to introduce a Site Analytics Dashboard, which utilizes a domain’s Site Analytics and Asset Inventory datasets to provide administrators with valuable domain insights at a glance. Preconfigured visualizations and data analyses help site administrators and program managers to better understand how their domain is being utilized, communicate that information to stakeholders, and ultimately optimize the value of each domain for its users.
To receive a Site Analytics Dashboard on your domain during this beta phase, simply reach out to the Support team or your Customer Success Manager with your request.

Enterprise Data Platform - Teams Enhancements
Look out for a few new features to improve management of your organization’s teams! We know the ability to export platform tables to CSV is a valuable auditing and distribution tool which is why we’re introducing the ability to do just that with all of the team-related tables on your domain. This includes the ability to export the list of all the teams on your domain, as well as the list of users on each team.
We’ve also added a new field, ‘Team’, to the Users table. Site Admins will use this new field to quickly determine which teams each user is a member of within the context of the other important user information in the table. This is an efficient way to audit if your domain’s users are on the correct teams and which users do not belong to any team.

Create Measures in Perspectives Stories
We are excited to introduce the ability to create measures within Perspectives Stories. Now, just as users create visualizations within Stories, they can do so for Measures as well! Additionally, we’ve updated the asset selector to present in the order of most to least used options based on collected usage data. Check out the sleek, consistent and consolidated Story asset selector!

Improvements to the Table Visualization in Stories
Min/Max Aggregation for Non-Numeric Table Columns
Previously, users could only aggregate non-numeric table columns by COUNT. Now, users can sort and aggregate their text, date, and boolean table columns in the table visualization. Use MAX when you want to see the top or most recent value and MIN when you want to see the bottom or oldest values in these columns.
